Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the website, mobile application, or services (collectively, the "Services") operated by QuickCabz ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Services.

1. Service Description

QuickCabz provides transportation services, including but not limited to city rides, airport transfers, and hourly rentals. Our services connect passengers with drivers for transportation to their desired destinations.

2. User Account

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Services.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password for your account and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Booking and Cancellation

When you book a ride through our Services, you agree to provide accurate information regarding your pickup location, destination, and time. You are responsible for being ready at the scheduled pickup time.

Cancellation policies:

• Cancellations made at least 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time: No charge
• Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time: 50% of the estimated fare
• No-shows: Full estimated fare

4. Payment

You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of our Services at the rates in effect when the charges are incurred. Payment must be made using the payment methods we support.

Fares may include:

• Base fare
• Time and distance charges
• Waiting time charges
• Airport surcharges
• Tolls and other applicable fees

5. User Conduct

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Services in any way that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services
• Damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services or any server or network connected to the Services

6. Passenger Behavior

When using our transportation services, you agree to:

• Treat drivers and vehicles with respect
• Not bring prohibited items (weapons, illegal substances, etc.) into the vehicle
• Not consume food, beverages, or tobacco products in the vehicle without driver permission
• Comply with all safety instructions provided by the driver
• Wear seatbelts as required by law
• Be responsible for any damage you cause to the vehicle

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of QuickCabz and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of QuickCabz.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall QuickCabz, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless QuickCabz and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of and access to the Services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
